It is vital that all members of the community learn these skills. The knowledge and skills you will learn on a resuscitation course are of great importance. It may be that, one day, the only thing that stands between life and death of a colleague, friend or a member of your family are the skills acquired during a resuscitation course. The cost is £14, children or students under 18 free
- The early recognition of a heart attack and how to respond
- How to check if they are breathing and what to do if they are not
- How to recognise absence of respirations and Cardiac Arrest
- Instruction in how to administer chest compressions and rescue breathing
- How to deal with an unconscious person.
- How to control severe bleeding and other life threatening conditions
